The exhaust is off the engine ,I have the engine in my workshop and the exhaust is with my mate in the Midlands, I could measure the pully on the engine ,what set up are you running

Ok, I was looking at the bottom view and might be able to get my mate weld the extra length in it to clear the fan, I'll show him and see what he says.
