bus front panel- advice please

Hi front panel for my early bay

I have one that is cut off another early van needs cleaning up etc it also comes with the inner windscreen panel and heater gubbins. Would it be easier to cut the gubbins out my current van and weld the whole lot on to my van?
Would it involve un-folding all the side seams and cutting a pillers?

Any advice would be great.
