Custom Front Urethane Gearbox Mount DIY 091 VW Bug Volkswagen Beetle, Subaru Conversion Move gearbox forwards. When doing an alternate engine conversion\swap often the gearbox will be moved forwards to keep the engine under the standard VW Bug Volkswagen Beetle Body Work. You need to consider gearbox mounts if so. This is how I built mine.
