Do i have to have rocker breathers?

I've got weld on rocker breathers and they always seem to seep oil. I've got a breather from the fuel pump and oil filler. Is it necessary to have the rocker cover ones? I just can't seem to stop them seeping!!!

It's a 2110 in a bay...by the way
