I'm not sure, what do they look like?
Well ... like... errr... Nipples, (on a cold day) ;) .
On the tubes, pointing forward and down, approx 2 inches from the ends.

In that case, the manufacturer didn't intend you to grease it as a regular 'service', probably because it has aftermarket Polyurethane bushes instead of stock needle roller bearings.
'Urethane is often said to be "Self-Lubricating", but, IMHO, that's a load of Bo||oX, those bushes squeak and groan when used dry, but a light smear of synthetic grease on assembly, makes them beautifully smooth in operation, and helps them last longer too.
