as far as i'm aware it's a preliminary to see what adaptations you will/won't need to a car? when i remember where my books from it all are, i'll let you know properly Ty

It's exactly what it says, an assessment.
You get to drive once they know what adaptations you need, don't worry.
My sis went to the one in Reading and they were lovely!
