What it says on the case can bear no relation to what's actually in there these days, given that most engines have been rebuilt.

Another question, how would i tell if its a single or twin port engine?

 

If the inlet manifold is one piece it's a single port. If it has seperate castings onto the heads with a little boot to the main manifold it's a twin port.
