Whilst driving through the byways and highways of Herts and Essex yesterday evening, I spotted this little beauty and I thought of you....

I didn't check the bodyroll, as I was busy taking a photo while driving (and avoiding being bit by something coming the other way as I leant out of my car.)

I picked my moment, found a quiet road and got up close behind the car, camera out of the side window, BINGO. :)
While steering with your knees?

Just wondering if the peeps in the car thought you were following them

 I wish I could invent a way of taking good photos out of a car whilst moving, without taking my hands off the wheel  I saw LOADS of cool stuff over last weekend but didn't snap any of it, it's not sensible to try at 70mph
It's quite easy, select an appropriate road, select an appropriate gear (would be easier in a auto car) steer with your left inner thigh, lean upper half of your body out of the window, bring camera in front of windscreen (avoiding reflections) and snap away. Not quite Mike Key, but it worked. Wouldn't try it at high speed though.
 and a surprisingly clear picture!

It's a lot easier when your digital camera has a working screen too, mine doesn't so I have to guess at the best of times!

Did you see the Lancia Delta Intergrale, The Lancia 037 Rally and the Ferrari, I think it was a Dino, but it was on a c plate?

All between Buckingham and the motorway on sunday

I followed a dark blue Ferrari 250 for a few miles along some A-roads, saw loads of Betas and Gammas, 'grales, a Monte Carlo, a Countach and all kinds of Fiats :D It was an event at Gaydon, I found pics last night:

I've had a Minifiore Abarth, and me mum had a 127 sport, but in black with Orange trim. They only did the orignal edition in black and orange, mirrored on the opposite colour paint....

Back when Fiat made interesting cars.

My English teacher at school had a black 127 Sport with the orange trim, I loved it :D Her 127 was almost, ALMOST as cool as the beigey coloured Daimler Sovereign Coupe that my Biology teacher had :D
