'other' stuff is on hold for the minute, given that i've just had the invoices from this one....

What was your reasoning for mounting the injectors at the Throttle Body rather than further down the inlet tract pointing at the valve-backs?

closer to the valve is better low down but for the best atomisation at higher revs you need to bring the injector up stream. hense 8 injector set ups on realy mental engines and why many bikes have the injector on the outside of the throttle plate.

Yeah that's cool, I seem to remember Jay Aldred did the whole 8 injector thing really well on his JMR engine.

I just wondered if placing them closer to the valve (for the low-rev benefits) would help the flat spot it's probably got at the bottom caused by the 48mm Throttle Bodies?

2-bob? How is it at the bottom end? It is still a 2007 isn't it? Aren't the 48's a touch large to work properly at the bottom?
