HELP PLEASE.......Mail virus.........

......i'm sure i've had this before on my other computer, but i just can't shift it off this one.

i keep getting mail returned that i'm not sending, but the virus is.........about 20 a day..........it's doing my head in.......

i'm on AVG free edition, Spybot and Adaware.......none of these pick it up...........

AAAARRRRGGHHHHHHHH

is there nothing that'll stop them 'hacking' into mine?

can it do any harm?

im a bit 'fick' when it comes to technology and t'interweb..... :crazy:

Or alternatively your email address has been posted on the net somewhere,been harvested by a webbot harvester thingy,and like me you get loads of mails with your name replaced by gobbledygook @ whatever .whatever.
ie [email protected] becomes
[email protected] and a million other variations.
I just set my outlook to automatically bin anything that doesn't have andy in the To box.Seems to work.
