Not really a problem as such.

Was working on my splitty today after the horn stopped working yesterday.

So after one fuse had blown I disconected the + on the battery. So I pull the + off the fuse board that goes to the horn and I notice an orange spark! And yes I have tried this over and over and it sparks every time without fail.

Where the hell is it getting the power from? Yes it only has one battery!

Its foxed me, ive never seen this on any car ive worked on.

Have you got leisure battery? Or has your earth somehow erroded somewhere and touching the live? other that this I would have said it was impossible. unless somehow you have statically charged something. in that case you will need to uncharge it.

has the earth gone on your horn, so it is storing a small charge and you pulling the connection is dischaging it hence the spark
