I don't know if I'm getting this right but I quote the post and FACEBOOK is just letters then. No code.

Its not a pain, copy what you need from the address bar, once you get to Vzi press the URL button and insert your text to the first URL thing, then between them write whatever you wish.

It is if I normally use quick reply.

You can also use 'noparse' tags to show code -
