Just for the hell of it, why dont you try drilling the lock?- Just to see if you could potentially replace the cylinder
Also, think about re-attaching the square bar elsewhere on the disc?- The whole idea of the original design was that it made it impossible to turn the wheel by making sure it would foul the windscreen & the thieves legs
