..coz its bloody raining again :mad: i have a gearbox to change on the beetle, carbs to fit and set up etc and i got as far as making the beetle undriveable and then it hasnt stopped the on off raining since :rolleyes: i woouldnt mind rain but this is on off the hardest stuff i ever seen! whats up with the poxy weather or has winter arrived? what am i gonna do now :confused:

stay inside

i just went outside to try and undo them 10mm bolts the the heater thing and it really pissed down.so its back inside

It pee'd it down in the night though! Sunny and dry now

Glad I mowed the lawn yesterday as its soggy today :incheek:

We've gotta get our 58 Bug off the roll over frame and remove the gearbox.... but we've got a new lodger arriving at 3, so we've gotta wait inside to give her a set of keys etc.

Annoyingly it's dry at the moment too! We have a garage to work in, but we need to push our newly painted Split outside to bring the Bug back down, then we need to push them both out so we can get the Split back in first, then put the Bug in nose first so we can get to her gearbox. Then remove that and get the engine we picked up from vdubsmudge this morning out of the T5 and into the garage.

Lots to do.... we just can't do it yet!
