Its ok Polly, no spanners were used in the stripping of this chassis.

Pretty slow progress tonight though. No fresh metal, no wire brush for grinder.

looks like i'll be off shopping tomorrow then.

Managed to get this far:

Pretty much the same dude, strip the pan, repair any holes etc and POR metal ready, then POR 15 over the top. Maybe a coat of chassis black over that. Then bolt all the shiny bits back together.

I will be a lot happer when I've got some fresh metal welded in. Thats going to be the weekends work I think. Need to remove some more early learning centre applied 'patches' first though.

Whoever welded the chassis last time didn't bother cutting out rot, they just welded over it. But its not too bad.
