IRS gearbox side seal _ easy to replace?
I mean the one that seals around the drive flange keeping g/box oil in the 'box!
I know that when the CV joint is removed and the grease cleaned away there is a plastic cover in thhe middle of the flange but I don't know what's under it (circlip?) Does the output flange withdraw without the gearbox internals falling into a pile inside the casing?!
