irs in a 61 bug?

i have a '61 bug thats in dire need of restoration and a 13o2/3 chassis in the shed that nobody seems to want -
how hard is it to convert the '61 to an irs chassis?
can i mod the 13o- chassis or is it much easier to sort the 61 pan and irs that
can i cut everything from the 13o- chassis or do i need to buy anything?
could i use a bus box as i have a coupple of these too but no 13o 'box!

been there done that
i got a 64 bug and irs'ed it
get brackets from machine 7 ... kingfisher kustoms have a jig that you can hire out so they are in the right place.

if u want pictures i got some if need be

do i need the brackets?
y cant i use the ones on the original irs rear?
is it difficult to make a jig?

the brackets that can be bought are thicker grade metal , dont use original ones

its not difficult to make a jig , just time consuming
