Clash.

Jam had Paul Weller, nuff said.
Clash.

by a whisker

But Bruce Foxton is a Bass playing hero of mine.
Jam for me.

Its always gonna be close, but having seen both Paul Weller, and Joe Strummer live 'since' there was no denying who really 'had it'.
Jam for me too
Jam.

They do 'intense and angry' better :D

*edit......just noticed it's a 'Cool people' ratings list. *wobbly lip*

Oh and I voted The Jam.....going undergroud going underground lalalala
Jam every time, saw them loads of times and have a pair of Rick Bucklers drumsticks somewhere, i liked the Clash till they did the Sandinista album what a load of old poo that was and they never really got it back.
If you stick with the period whilst the Clash were together, the Clash shade it. Include Jam/Weller since 1985/6 ish... probably the Jam
:D Jam all day long.

Love em' :D

Brings back memories of footy away days! ;)
