Odd question, but all the time all my joints are cracking and clicking and crunching...any ideas if there is anything I can take to help ease it up???

My knee is fudged which I'm having physio for etc, but my ankles, wrists and shoulders always crack.

Cheers

Cool...will go shopping to get some today :D
Lidl sell high strength cod liver oil capsules for a decent price. Oil of evening primrose can help too.
Mine have always cracked, I was just told it's cos I have bendy flexible joints and it's not really dangerous
The "cracking" noise is actually fluid rushing through the joint.

It's not, it's air.

According to my chiropractor anyway.

Nowt to worry about.

Too early for him, there's still some daylight hours left.
my jaw cracks which i was told is the cartilidge (or something similar) breaking off. Some times I get a grainy feeling after it has happened.
