Kitchen storage, pull out baskets. Any good?

I'm fed up of rummaging through our cupboards to find jars languishing at the back, so I'm thinking of getting some of these.

Has anyone used anything similar, and are they as good as they look?

This is the cheapest I can find so far, but as it's still a lot of money for us (x3) I'm looking for reviews/opinions first.

On the same note, does anyone have a recommendation for retrofitting something similar in a corner unit (magic corners etc?)

Thanks in advance! :)

We have similar set up in some of our kitchen units

I hate not being able to see everything in the cupboard or stuff committing suicide the minute you open the door and hurling it's self at the floor.

That looks nice. :) We have an ickle one of those on a 150mm unit and it's fab.

We have hinged doors so I'm hoping to get something that I can retrofit without having to replace any part of the carcass.

I will be organised if it kills me!

we fitted magic corners in our last kitchen - worked so well they got removed and dumped in the garage!
didn't use cheap ones (I don't think @ ÂŁ350 each) either.
best thing we did do was change a cupboard to be 2 pan drawer + 1 normal drawer - similar idea to what you're looking at.
personally - unless you REALLY need what's in the blind corner section of your corner units on a daily basis - I wouldn't bother.

That's interesting, thanks. The seemed a good idea but are so pricey I wanted to see if they were worth it.
I'm not really sure how to deal with the corner. At the moment it only has shelves and is a bit of a dumping ground but we don't have any wall units so I'm trying to figure how best to arrange food etc.

Maybe it could be for seldom-used crockery etc.

We have a pan drawer which is great, so I definitely want similar for inside the standard cupboards.

I have fitted plenty of pull outs in kitchens, tall pull outs are OK as long as they are not too wide 300-400 MM are fine but any wider tends to lead to overfilling and problems.
Magic corners are brilliant as long as you go for a well made one such as Hafele, fitted hundreds and never had a problem.
The newer carousel style, again Hafele brand, are well made well and work well.
Both the above can be retro fitted easily with no problems, you just need to check the manufacturers spec for internal cupboard size requirements.
