Found in my attic :
Tri-ang "Spot-On" 1:42 scale. missing the spare wheel and spotlight on the roof, but painted up as my first 66 Beetle, (which was similarly 'battered")
One tyre perished, but is fitted with "FLEXOMATIC" suspension which still works. The drive figure wearing duffle coat and scarf, (brings back memories) :

Also found these very small but highly detailed models by "Wiking Berlin W", I think they were model railway accessories.
The yellow one in "Deutsche Post" livery is a 1303 with tinted windows.
The white flatscreen 1300 beetle is only 24 mm long, in 'Paramedic' livery complete with roof light and blue tinted glass :

I recently scored this very early version of the Matchbox Camper, they deleted the cast-in fuel flap not long after production started so that a sticker could be applied instead

I already had a nicer one, so I gave it a resto

Love it, I’d a few when I was a kid, usually came from a market stall where guy had a few driving around! Can almost remember the smell of the tyres lol where did you find such a bargain?

Boot sale - couldn't quite believe it when he said £2.00! I need to find some C cells and test it, I reckon it'll work as it hardly looks used - almost all the ones you find online have the headlight lenses missing too.

Tried a different boot sale today, scored a couple of interesting cars;

Plastic 1:64 MK1 Golf, never seen another - base looks like K.S. Toys?

Both new ones to me! Tumble buggy brings back so many memories, cheers for showing 😎 I remember the lights and then screens used to break off. They ate batteries too!

A while ago, I bought this Corgi panel van

I then found a better one, so I gave the original a makeover. Problem was, I really didn't like the original colour scheme, it just didn't seem like something you'd have seen on the real thing in the 60's.
Then I discovered there was a different version;

and the decals were available, so...

It looks a bit light outside but indoors the colour's pretty close. It's just lacquered grey primer!

I deviated slightly from original - I got rid of the terrible casting lines on the bumpers, and didn't paint the rear number plate recess silver, as I think it looks wrong

Had a spare Husky T1 single cab

The blue glass put me in mind of this well known one

So black was the colour choice. Not too happy with the detailing on this one, it is very small to be fair but the main problem is finding brushes etc suitable for painting the lights and handles.
Wheels are early Matchbox Superfast sanded down to reduce their overall diameter

See, tiny! Only the Hornby Dublo panel van is smaller
