Yes it does make you lose weight, but unfortunately not without other consequences! Speed psychosis being one of them. :D

Also makes your teeth fall out and creates calcium deficiency. I know about the teeth thing, we made a speed freak a full set of dentures, he was just 30 yrs old

Listen to what the peeps are saying!
The only reason you'd lose weight is because you'd not be able to sit still and all the calorie burning would be from chewing the inside of your mouth to bits and grinding your teeth and talking non stop. Oh and the lack of sleep means you'd be active for longer and have a very clean house!

So so not worth even contemplating it. Half of the slimming tabs that docs used to dole out were speed based. They screw your mind up as well as your body. Sadly I speak from past experience (years ago) on that score and I follow a healthy diet and exercise programme instead. It works too...shock horror! :incheek:

teeth and nails!!

youll get depressed when your coming down, cos it gives you such a high, youll need more and more for it to affect you as your body becomes intollerant of it.

its cut with shit (not real shit) even base is dodgy

if you have heart probs or high blood pressure or mix it with other drugs, it can kill, taking it just once

need i go on? take it from someone who learnt the hard way!

I think, as one of the people here said is Healthy diet for a start. Basically, no frankenstein food, eat organic, fruit, veg, brown bread. Dont eat all white bread, FASt Food, Microwave Meals, they have so much in them that the body just cant break down. And get out in the fresh air, dont worry what anyone thinks if your bit overweight, fuck em all, get a dog, your walk daily then or your be cleaning shit off your carpet if you dont - good motivator, I know. Use Olive Oil to cook everything too. My 2 cents

Theres a supplement on the market, totally herbal and legit, no speed, no dodgy additives like Ephedra. It's called Hoodia, tribesman in the Kalahari used to use it to stave off hunger and thirst when they went on long hunting trips. It's ultimately a cactus turned into little tablets, but it sends signals to your hypothalmus gland telling you that your hungry!! so you think you're nicely full and don't feel the need to eat all the time. Its totally legit - I found it from a review in the Sunday Times, and started taking the recommended dose about 8 weeks ago and so far I've lost over a stone. Only drawbacks are - it stops you feeling hungry AND thirsty so you MUST remember to drink lots of water; my eating pattern has totally changed so my husband is well t'd off at having to eat on his own some evenings. Finally there are a lot of Hoodia supplements on the market that don't do anything, you need to make sure it's pure hoodia to get the full effect and they can be quite expensive, around £20 a tub which lasts a month. Some contain caffeine, which can make you a bit zippy so try to avoid those. Can recommend the ones sold by cyber cafe. Just to reassure you I would never touch anything drug related and I'm tee total, these things are just herbal.

I'm liking this option of losing weight, I now weigh a mahoosive 12 and a half stones  I'd like to get rid of 2 to 2 and a half stone, do you have to diet as well or do the pills do all the work - I am so lazy and love food
