lowering 64 split and bay gearbox into split

Hi looking to lower the front of my 64 split bus soon am i best fitting a pair of drop spindles or fitting a adjuster to the beam? im looking for about a middle of the road 3-4" drop but i dont want to sacrifice ride comfort to much and can anyone recommend any adjusters or spindles from personal experience thanks
also would it be possible to fit a bay window gearbox to the rear of my split when i irs it over the winter instead of the recomended bug box if so what would be needed other than the different inner cv joints and what is the best bay box for tall gearing 2.0l?

fit dropped spindles if you want to keep near to the original ride quality,you could put adjusters in to fine tune your ride height
