Max's 1776 EFI Turbo Buggy Build.
Hello All,
Thought I would document my turbo engine build on here. So that others could learn the processes involved in putting together a blueprinted motor.
Before I go any further I must say that I have never build an air cooled engine. Saying that I've never even build an engine full stop.
But over the last couple of year I've been reading up loads on forums and now feel that I'm ready to dive in.

The plan is to build a 1776 Efi Turbo motor for my short wheel base beach buggy.

AS41 full flowed case.
1776 (90.5) Mahle B&Ps.
Total Seal Rings
69mm CB Forged Chromoly Crank.
Scat I Beams.
043 heads semi- hemi. (55 cc CR 7.5)
SS Valves (33-30).
HD single springs, Chrome-moly Retainers & Collets.
HD Lifters.
Chrome-moly Push rods.
Bolt up Rocker Shafts.
TCS-10
Dubshop MS EFI Mexican Kits.
EDIS.
Boost Control.
Rev Limiting Control @ 6500.
Lc-1.
Fully Balanced.
Garret GT17 (Ebay Saab 9-5).
Turbosmart Ultragate 38 Wastgate.
Turbosmart Bov.
Looking for about 140ish hp @ 7psi boost.
