We must apologise to those of you who have no received a response to the emails you have sent to us.

you can be assured that this is not through ignorance, as we specifically make sure that all emails get a response, even if it's something that we are unable to help with.

We can only assume that there have been some technical issues stopping some emails from reaching us. We are currently looking into this, and will hopefully mitigate the problem happening in the future.

If you fail to get a response to your email within 1 working day, it's most likely that it hasn't reached us. As an alternative, you can send enquiries to:
