theyre not supposed to be too clever from what ive heard they deteriorate quite quickly (maybe try the samba forum for an article on it)
Ok...your a tool...;)

The rims go on the outside( where og grease seal was)

The small ones with no rims are the inner ones (approx 6" inside the beam but check against a trail arm for exact position)

The long ones just replace inner and outer in one go.

Does that any make sense:confused:

so does it matter which go top tube and which go bottom, was gonna do long top and 2 short bottom.

Can't see why it would matter.... but then I've never used the long ones personally.
i ll think you ll find the tubes are different sizes

Hmmm.... must be ball joint type 1 beam .... long bushes in the top then.
long ones top
bottom ones wider opening points towards arm (so shoulder end of the bush points inwards) the wider opening of the bushes edge shud be half over the grease nipple hole

hope this helps

Mordie
thanks everyone for the help, will get them fitted over next few days.

Stock needle bearings and bushes are a much better bet. Urethane soon wears out. You can get the proper replacements from Status, amongst others.
