Thanks dude . . .

As it goes . . . :D

(I've spent way too much this winter )
I know the reasons why you don't post pics, but a picture of each purchase on this thread would be cool ;)

Haven't spoken since you had your trip to Hull, did the route / journey work out alright? :)

Yes dude . . . up to Carlisle to collect that orange SC - which is gorgeous BTW :D

Then across and down to Hull (or nearby) to visit Steve/merckx and check out his (push)bikes and cars.

I ended up doing a couple of thousand miles in the UK alone (and about £450 in diesel  ) - Full story here: http://www.volkszone.com/blogle/the-trailer/

(You were correct about his yellow R-Gruppe car being two shades - he hadn't noticed it before - it's a wonderful car BTW - I'd love it - just needs a repaint IMO. ;))

No pics . . . but . . .

Since November/December I've bought three 911s, a T5/T30, six more FS1Es, three Lambrettas, a Honda SS50, a trailer and a ton of bits/spares . . . and a Lupo for my daughter - oh, and Jan 31st's 'tax payement - bang up against the overdraft now!

Never liked 'having it in the bank' anyway.

I'm glad it's as good as you hoped.

Will you use it or keep it stashed?
It's 'stashed' in the UK at the moment - I just ran out of time to drive it back here.

I have two that I need to get to France (to use as 'Sunday' cars) in the spring/summer - the SC is one of them. :)

Yes . . . I 'know' them . . . if they're still run by a guy called Nardelli - I'd avoid. I won't say any more than that on a public forum. (You could google 'P38' to get the idea tho'.) ;)
That would be my direct and second hand experience - but that web site looks too good for the company I knew

Thanks mate.

The SS50 is 'incorrect' in so many places . . . and I already have a (unregistered) Honda Dream - Ivan McC has one too. We BOTH gave a fair bit less than that ^ one too - which is nice to know. :)
