Following on from the success of Unite42nite last year, Prept and VW Heritage are collaborating with Cool Flo Vintage and Apex Festival to bring something even bigger and better!
This year VW Heritage have the track secured for use by all VWs (track time needs to be booked - starting at £25 for 20mins) Track demo's will also be running with Race Cars coming from The Apex Festival, German Tuners Nothelle and lots more!.
We also have an even bigger car parking / show area the lower paddock, so even more cars can get in than last year!
Cool Flo Vintage will be hosting the entertainment in the paddocks, and you can get up close and personal with their signature splitscreen buses alongside some other incredible vehicles and plenty more.. (Yep you'll see their race bus on the circuit!)
The Show and shine will be larger than ever, and the Go Karts will be open too!
Gates open at 3pm, get in early to get prime parking!
More track booking updates and info to come soon - see website www.vwheritage.com/trackattack
We are gonna be there having some fun on and off the track..
Looks like there is a nice mix of Race & Track Prepped - Daily Drivers & Sleepers - Show & Go - and some quirky motors that just want to have a go on the infamous Brands Circuit... It's open to anyone to participate in the track sessions from just £25 for 20mins (That doesn't sound like a long time.. but believe me it is when you are out in an aircooled motor at full pace to what every your engine or tyres or handling or any combination of the aforementioned will permit!
All you need to bring is your drivers license (It's critical for insurance purposes, no license = no track time ) Helmets, Briefings and full safety instructions will be provided... there will be some circuit racers in the paddocks for advice too.. and you can take a passenger out with you too!
(There will also be a limited supply of in-car cameras available on a first come first served basis to capture your session in High Definition)
Booking in advanced is recommended as spaces are limited
For those of you who visited the Apex Festival in May, will know how much fun it is to get the chance to drive round a race circuit... there were all sorts on the track having fun including Campers, Notches, Bugs, Ghias, Buggys, Speedsters in all sorts of specs from bog standard through to some highly modified motors.. one of the high lights was to witness a turbo drag race bug squirm in the corners then blast down the straights... made for some fun spectating!
There are experienced and novice sessions so you can go out with people of similar spec/pace vehicles.. and have some serious fun!
