I need to replace the oil pump on my ghia but how can I tell what pump I need acurately?
The engine is a 1600 single port on what I think is a dual relief case, the cam has four rivets, the old pumps part no is 113 115 109b and it has an inset depth of 27mm.
Does this mean I need a late pump?
I was also thinking of getting the shadek version of the pump rather than a crappy? standard one which I assume is Brazilian.
Would a full flow pump with seperated filter be a better option?

If its a four rivet cam you need the late pump. GSF only sell two - early and late. They're shadek pumps too. Full flow not absolutely neccessary on a stock motor but if you can afford it it will lengthen engine life.
