just as the title says really. Our '69 bay's poptop is cabbaged! Instead of sourcing another one we're considering putting a rag in. It's only me and my lady friend so we dont really need the bunks. Just wondered about the pros and cons of a ragtop really. Are they a nightmare to fit and do they fit well once on?

Any feedback would be cool,

i put a paris beetles ragtop on my old bay

the only advice i'll give is measure everything VERY carefully - then measure it again - then mark out where you'll be drilling - then measure again

took me the best part of a day to fit - but you need to spend the time

didnt rattle at speed when closed (did a bit when open but only at about 60) didnt leak either - onlly during one monster downpour but i expected that

only real downside is cost - mine was £350 which included inner lining (recommended) to cover a hole where a westy top had been
