Rear ride height beach buggy

Hi guys

Has anbody got an idiot guide / how to raise the rear of my 1970 Manx floor pan rear ride height as i have installed my new engine with full flow and the oil filter is only 2.5 inches from the ground and i have allready bent the bracket backing it in the garage.
I am looking to get another 2/4 inches of ride height

We did ours the easy way, and got a pair of coil-over-shock absorbers with adjustable spring settings. Just bolt 'em on, and turn 'em up to raise the rear end. Got even more lift with a pair of humongous General Grabbers on 16" Wolfies.

Thanks so if i fit a set of coilovers how much extra height can i get ??
