I'm back on it after the marathon. 12 miles on Saturday last and boy was I in for a shock
After 2 weeks break it was hard, real hard. Very hard to believe I'd ran 26.2 miles a fortnight before!! So much so that I changed my plan to 'only' run twice a week and now hope to be out 3 times a week.
Still, I did it and I'm back which is important. 12.2 miles in 2hrs 10mins. I'm still no Ethiopian but I'm happy with that.
6 miles tonight and hopefully 8 miles on Thursday.
