so why do i get arrested...
if an off duty copper being a complete prick decides to run into the front of my car whilst its stationary with the hand brake on, and me sat in it.
picked a mate up yesterday, reversed off her drive, got flashed by some guy in a rover to come through and he decides to stop dead in the road after flashing me and wont move. he gets out starts having a rant to which im like yeh what ever mate piss off you flashed me through, he wanders off down the road then so i drive around his car on the grass he comes running up at me i stop put hand brake on and he just runs smack into the front of my car and slams his hands on my bonnet. told me to get out my car, so started to get out and the fucker picked me up threw me to the ground, and then shoved his knee into my neck.
complete prick, ive got a bad neck anyway from playing guitar and things, and after asking him several times to takes his knee of my neck he wouldnt. then he started muttering some shit, so i said mate, you havnt showed me any id or a warrant card i got 4 witnesses here, that you just assualted me, and your off duty so your just a civi, his misses ran into my car yanked my keys out of it, and bent it
and possibly damaged the barrel as mitsibushi barrels have a lock on them to stop you pulling the key out like that. then he read my writes i said no i dont understand, all i know is that your a fucking failed soldier and a civi and you just assualted me, and ive got witnesses to back it up.
police turn up 2 cars and a riot van for little old me.
explained politly to the police officer what happened and i basically fucked that copper up the ass, because him being of duty not showing me any clear id and assaulting me, and injuring my neck. and that i have the witneses to proove he ran into my car and i didnt hit him.
the coppers spoke to my mates seperatly who all confirmed this and the off duty prick, went from ranting and raving to being rather silent when the officer told him how he saw it from everyones point of view, and he was at fault for being in the road and running into the car.
today woke up with seriously painfull neck and side from where i was thrown about, so off down the drs laters to get a written report of it, you can feel my neck is not right on the one side all tensed up, getting more witnesses aswell to proove i had marks all over my neck , and that he cut my arm aswell. then waiting for the police to ring me in a couple of days and might take it further, and is there anything i can do about that bitch that was him entering my car without my permission and stealing my keys and bending it?
