going, camping and bringing the dog as well - its only up the road from home anyway.....
not sure if we are camping now as its only at the end of our road really
We're going but I don't think we'll be camping as it's only a couple of miles away. Should be at the park hotel on the night time though for the booze up :D
well we have camping tickets -but depends on doggy behaviour - if he's a pain in the backside (or tries to hang himself again when we leave him in the van like at biggar!)we may reassess - also depends on chavs at night as well...

may be easier just to take the van home overnight - sure we can negotiate with the folks to run us up to the do and then get a taxi back...
I was thinking of camping would be so much easier to just roll out of the hotel straight into my tent. I am a wimp though so I'm gonna see what the weather is like ont he day. I will be kicking around both days though :)
im camping with menace and hopefully cloudinspector

Hi Wayne.

I've asked the council to clarify if dogs are allowed, I can't see any reason why not, but I thought it best to make sure.

As for chavs (or charvers as we like to call them here) we should be okay, we've got 2 security on night shift from 5pm to 8am each night in a nice little cabin. There will be some plastic fencing securing the area as well, so it hsould be fairly obvious if someone is around who shouldnt be. At the end of the day, I'm leaving my beloved bus there while I'm at the do on Sat night, which I wouldnt even think about doing if I wasnt confident!

Wristbands will be going out tomorrow for those that have preordered, I'll probably then change the website for those prepaying to say they have to print off the reciept instead and exchange on arrival, to save any getting lost in the post.
Cheers
Julian

Cool - but think now what we'll do is take dog and van back overnight and get my brother or father in law to us back up for the nighttime. TBH this is mainly cos of the dog - we'll be able to relax and therefore party properly if we know hes safely tucked up at home asleep on our bed. We know from biggar that although he does settle down in the van we worry as if it was a toddler we'd left on its own.

Makes a nice change to have the choice though!
yes going up sat morning, other clubless are going on fri night
