Touareg Unlimited Day
I had a spot of fun this week courtesy of Richard Alexander VW....half a day bashing up a fleet of 8 Touaregs.
Not everyones favourite VW, but a 3.6 V6 and 5.0 V10 Twin Turbo is capable of changing ones mind
It started with a nice lunch at Middlethorpe Hall (unexpected treat!) followed by a trip to Richie Hammonds old stomping ground, Elvington Airfield, where I learnt a thing or too about throwing a 4x4 around a track, followed by a trip through one of 7 designated VW offroad tracks (an old overgrown, muddy quarry)....and an eye opener to say the least!
