not particuarly mate, either get a better aerial, cable or satelitte
we have one (a two output one) but thats mainly because i wanted to get the video / satellite ouput to another room. (didnt connect the aerial to it just the output of the video and satellite)

seems ok.

had a new aerial fitted just before i got that though as the old one wasnt too good. :)
they can do....

depends on where ur tv is in the house....

how thick the walls are... ect...

but yes.... most do the same job and work..

mmmmmm ,i live in an old house walls are pretty thick ,so sounds like a new arial.cheers folks
i think they are. my picture is twice as good with one
Got my Son a freeview box as one of his birthday pressies.
It did,nt work at all on ITV.
Got a signal booster from Argos.
Sorted.
dead good picture and no break up on ITV.

£7.99 well spent.

RALPH.
can't get a signal in my mothers house without one.

Main aerial has one on with a power pack in the living room. They deffinatly clear the picture up!
be careful when buying one as there is a big difference between booster and distributor.
A distributor will just split the signal not good at all if you already have a weak signal.
a booster will amplify the signal, look on the packaging and see what the gain is, you should be looking for around 75db plus.
hope this helps

I found exactly the same. without booster, about 4 very blocky channels, with booster 80 odd with a very decent picture. I have very thick walls too.
