Weather proof cover for beetle

hi guys

i know this has been asked before but i tried to search for answer and couldn't find any other threads.

With winter sneaking back i want a decent bit of weather protection for my beetle. Who does the best/cheapest?

I've looked at SSP and they seem to do 2 covers, a £50 one and a £100 one. Is it worth getting the £100 one? will my bug notice the difference?

i bought a £50 Breathable one from halfords and it seemed ok? best see what others say though as well as it might be worth getting the better one if you can afford it?
I can afford it if it's gonna make a difference, but not if it just looks nicer or summin :incheek:
Do they fit ok? I was under the impression you needed a special beetle one for the weird shape.

I shall have a look around.
make sure that they are nice and soft on the inside and the car is squeeky clean or you wont have any paint left come spring
I got mine from Rudlers, about £100 I think although that was a couple of years ago. Supersoft inside, fully breathable and very good quality. :)
The Argos one isn't particularly fitted, but it can be tucked underneath and under the wheelarches/over the wheels so it doesn't move much. It's not too fluffy inside (too much fluff holds the grit in), but the main advantage is it's high cheapness. I buy two a year for less than the cost of the postage on my mate's Cover Systems one. Got the luxury one with door zips this time :)
I just bought the £100 one from SSP. Arrived today. It's a nice looking peice of kit! Going out to fit it to the car in a minute, I'll takr a picture so you can see the fit and quality if you like! ;)
