No complaints from me at all. Their cheaper packages dont come with an awful lot of support though, unless they have any big problems, in which case I have found them to be pretty helpful

depends how much traffic you intend to have, how much space you need (including allowing for photo storage for sites like this), whether you want it free from adverts etc and if you have your own domain.

If you are thinking of running forums etc then you need to look how many connections you are allowed, what the servers operating system is and whether they'll allow you to do it

Do you want 'pop' email addresses to use with your domain and how many of those do you want?

Do you want UK based support?

loads of questions and not many answers but for 'professional hosting' you will need to pay - not neccessarily a fortune but as a rule the more you pay, the more you get.

If its purely for photo galleries I would recommend paying flickr.com or one of the other pro photo serving sites as they offer many facilities.

If its for an actual website you could use me

£15 a year. domain will be £6 for 2 years for .co.uk £9.20 per year for .com etc


You get your own FTP and login to control panel, with full control of all content. Web based email or use windows mail/outlook. Buy the domain or reference if you already have the domain elsewhere.

This is on a linux server. Windows server will cost more.

Can add databases and various software packages for blogs, ecommerce, photo galleries etc if required.
