The car ran excellent until some shit got into the carbs so we stripped em down for a good clean and since it runs lumpy at low RPM and great at full clout.............any ideas cos we¥re losing patience trying to adjust them

IF YOU ARE SURE THEY ARE CLEAN AND CORRECTLY PUT BACK TOGETHER THEN YOU EITHER HAVE AN AIR LEAK(CARB-MANIFOLD OR MANIFOLD-HEAD) OR THEY ARE OUT OF BALLANCE, DID YOU BALLANCE THEM UP AFTER REFITTING THEM?

I¥ll double check but I¥m pretty sure they are fitted well, its the balancing thats causing us a headache with just the 2 screws to play with we don¥t seem to be getting anywhere........?????
