trying to post pictures from photobucket to vzi ,i need ,my url ,iknow how to do the rest

It's the one that starts 'http://'.

do i have to type that bit in ,or is there another way

highlight it copy and paste

Click the blue IMG label to highlight it, then right click on the highlighted text and choose copy, then right click again and choose paste.
