We had a Rock and Roll band and no one was dancing as they were all waiting for us to have the first dance.

We had asked for Buddy Holly - True Love ways but for various reasons they couldn't do it.

Anyhow we eventually decided that whatever the next song was we would dance to it so then everyone else would get up.

Unfortunately for some reason the band did Marie Marie by Shaking Stevens ...still danced though, although I still have to live it down as my mates keep reminding me
