i think you can get brm`s in white also the old weller wheels came in white...
but as said above chose a wheel you like and paint it !!

Find the wheels that you really like, buy redrilled drums/discs and then powdercoat the wheels white.

Powder coating is the best way, as it repels dirt, brake dust etc and will stay bright white for longer. This will cost a bit more than rattle cans.
