I just polished of some honey Oats so Simple porridge :eek:

I like my oats in the morning :incheek:

what have you all got/had?

this past week i've switched from crunchy muesli (because i read the fat content!!) and have just gone for porridge with some cinamom on top and raisins mixed in...(no milk, evil stuff!) first time in my life i've enjoyed porridge, think the cinamon reminds me of crumble...

lost 1lb because of it too :D

A big flour bap stuffed full with sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes all cooked on the gridle.

:D

Got a lovely lentil soup and a brown roll for lunch.

Cream tea at 3pm.

I love fridays at work when only me and the ladies are in!!! It's food heaven...... :D

yeah, normally I would do normal porridge....but the kids twisted my arm in Poundland to get it.................they tried it and hated it :lol:
So Im the one left to eat it :lol:
