Upon removing the chassis-to-body bolts, there were one or two bolts located through the heater channel (mid section of the heater channel), where the bolts were hard to come out and were pretty much pulled out. That's gone and knackered the thread inside the heater channel (where the bolt goes into).
What's the best way to repair the holes for the chassis-bolts to go into again?
