T25 roof bed/mattress options

Hi all

Hoping to get some advice from someone who has adapted the roof bed in a T25 high top for permanent use.

We are wondering whether it will be enough to use just a memory foam topper on the existing very lightly cushioned (i.e. hard) original base? Or would we need extra foam with memory foam on top? Or maybe just the foam?

Any advice appreciated!

I use a memory foam topper on top of my rock and roll bed cushions. I wouldn't want to rely on just a topper for comfort.

indeed. just having the topper would be very uncomfortable pretty quickly.

why not pick up a cheap memory foam matress and cut it down to size. i think lidl or aldi do them for about £70 which would probably be cheaper than getting foam cut to size.
