Hmmm yeah unfortunatly i'm a watercooler
Just had my engine down, stripped down, crank regrind, new main bearings and new big end bearings.
We put the crank in, along with the main bearings and the caps and the engine turned freely.
Put the engine in the car, and the starter motor wont turn the engine over, wont even turn over going down a hill, it turns a bit but not freely at all.
I have a feeling it could be the big end caps, but when i put it all together everything was the right way round, all oiled and clean, torqued to the right setting. I'm kinda stumped.
Can anyone suggest anything to try?
Also tried removing the spark plugs but still no luck
