where do i start firstly a massive thank you to the friends that have helped with him i could not have done it without you
simon the impationt for letting me build it in work
john MADDOG for all the fixings and tons of hours he put in
porker steve for all his time
baldyman again for his time
david and vicky THE BECHAMS again for their time and help
percy P for being there at short notice when i needed it
KNOTTY JIM (style guru ) for his help and some of the crazy ideas that have gone into it and the hydralics
finally my wife for letting me do this to her bus
,
again i could NOT have done this without you guys THANK YOU

after a day with a 9" cutter

the idea was to use the original chassis and floor the way the yurgens are built but when the belly pans were cut away all i found was

so after alot of head scratching decided to build a new one

oh before you all ask i am a coach builder by trade and the chassis will carry 1.5 tonnes in the centre without any movement or twist

now was time to start building the body jan this year was looking like this

decided on a shape with help from maddog and percy P

a little bit of work on the rear chassis to get it down on the deck :D

me and bechham fitted the roof the following day

then spent a few evenings making a fuel tank

missed a lot of photos out but was so busy just kept forgetting
but had to edge all around with ally trim fix the floor down.
then the cab needed sorting so new door skins, new arches and new front lower panel then frantickly try to build the beds and get some sort of paint on it but was down to the wire like all these projects
so ended up with just priming the cab oh and the all important eye patch and his name put back on :D
heres how he looks now have started building the furniture for inside got all my apliances ready and all the wood so its just a matter of building the units then i will post pics of him inside and out
